- Responsible for overseeing daily functions of the IT department
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support along with developing work schedules and delegating the workload
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and systems
- Ensure the security of all IT systems and data, implementing security measures to protect against cyber threats and breaches
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost effective procurement of hardware, software, and services
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Ability to perform tests and troubleshoot as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Software Engineering or similar
- 4+ years of proven experience in managing IT infrastructure
- Previous experience with managing networks, administration, and installation etc.
- Proficient in computer hardware and IT security
- Skilled in using MS software such as Office 365
- Experience with Cisco environment – switches, routers etc.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
