- Facilitate, coordinate, and engage key business stakeholders to gather requirements for enhancements and deliver business process documentation, and training where needed or for new/changed functionality.
- Participate in the design, development, testing, implementation, and utilization of new business processes/solutions.
- Work collaboratively with product team members supporting the integrations between SAP and other business applications.
- Provide leadership, managing the resolution process of critical, high-priority issues in live production systems.
- Outline to key stakeholders, issues, risks, and opportunities within processes & projects
- Budgeting & Forecasting of Break Fix, Adhoc, and Project costs
- Preparing, planning, and monitoring project plans, including resource planning
- Work with Vendors, Consultants on the execution of system and process changes
- Recommend improvements to maintain & ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality.
- Design, Implement, and manage Documentation within PMO Workflow
- Independently resolves problems of limited scope quickly and effectively through a strong understanding of business process area with system functionality, and problem management.
- Strong desire to solve complex business problems.
- Project delivery mindset - setting the priorities, stakeholder, and budget management.
- Understanding of the importance of change management
- Detail-oriented and high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of Business Structure, stakeholder analysis
- Experience in requirements engineering, cost-benefit analysis, and process modeling.
- Exceptional ability to influence without authority, coach and develop diverse groups with sound communication.
- Solid Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites and SAP.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Experience in multiple SAP functional areas such as SAP Finance, SAP Sales & Distribution, SAP Materials Management (MM), SAP Plant Maintenance, SAP Master Data Management, SAP Production Execution & Production Planning, and others
- Experience using Service Desk technology; JIRA.
- Experience with Data Visualization/Business Intelligence systems
- University degree in Computer Science or Business, or relevant education and experience
- Experience working in a related field as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, and ERP Functional support.
- SAP ECC 6 or SAP S4 Hana ERP Systems
- Project management experience
- PMP or other project management certification
- Business Analyst certification
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
