This role is an opportunity to be part of Core Platform within Platforms and Technology group at the bank. This role offers contributing through Resiliency area within Core platform, operating through a TD scaled agile environment.
The primary purpose is to contribute in Resiliency area for the Core platform via leading run the bank initiatives for the whole Core platform
We are looking for a motivated individual for an exciting opportunity to be part of Core Platform within Platforms and Technology group at the bank.
The primary accountabilities include, but not limited to:
Lead and drive the pan-platform run the bank initiatives providing technology leadership including areas such as- Risk identification, assessment, categorization and mitigation
- Manage large number of stakeholders, creating persuasive case with required stakeholders to arrive at and move forward with a recommended approach
- Lead executive status updates, including ability to create and represent the product group in presentations
- Act in a leadership capacity working in an Agile environment
- Demonstrate strong technology know how and insight in determining, rationalizing, presenting technology solution options
- The role will be part of an existing POD, working with peers with similar skills delivering large number of operational, innovation, continuous improvement initiatives
CUSTOMER: - Complete rotation objectives set together with each host at the beginning of each rotation
- Contribute to, support, and prioritize comprehensive, efficient, and accurate processes to meet and exceed business/client needs and requirements
- Conduct meaningful qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis, and obtain/share internal and external data and best practices
- Improve processes within area including but not limited to those related to reporting, planning, and forecasting; contribute to overall effectiveness of the organization
- Assist in conducting valueadded business analysis, insights, and recommendations to support business unit/client endeavors, including adhoc reviews, reporting, and takeaways with attribution analysis and executive summaries within own area or as assigned
- Liaise with other areas of the business and overall enterprise to facilitate completion of projects:
- Build effective, profitable, long-lasting relationships with a variety of unique personal banking stakeholders
- Liaise with other business units (e.g., Wealth, Business Banking, etc.), control partners (Enterprise protect etc), Enablers (Architecture, ITS etc)
SHAREHOLDER:
- Contribute to various operational activities and processes as assigned
- Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; escalate issues where appropriate
- Be knowledgeable of practices and procedures within own area of responsibility and keep abreast of emerging trends for own functional area
- Protect the interests of the organization identify and manage risks, and escalate nonstandard, high risk activities as necessary
- Monitor service, productivity and assess efficiency levels within own function and implement continuous process / performance improvements where opportunities exists
- Adhere to internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines
- Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite
