Description

I am looking for someone with 10 years experience in running equipment ie.

John Deere tractors and basic mechanical knowledge you will be required to participate in physically demanding tasks, I expect you to show up to work punctually and be dependable, you need to have a good work ethic and be able to work as part of a team.

All of our work is done in a retirement community so it is all in one location. Hourly wage is dependent on the level of experience.


Summer tasks:
commercial grass cutting on a machine and push mowing around houses and trees.

Weedeating

Lots of tree and brush work

Install patio and walkways

Install flowerbeds.

Plant flowers once a year.

Required to drive different tractors

Cut firewood, split and stack each year.

Fall, Winter, Spring tasks

Operate leaf collecting units

Remove docks

Winterize houses

Machine maintenance and install tractor cabs and snow blowers

Required to be available for snow removal 7 days a week.

snow removal (blowing driveways with a tractor)

Some snow shovelling shared amongst all workers

Springtime includes putting in the docks again

broom sand off the roads with machines

strip tractors down for the upcoming season


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$20.00-$30.00 per hour
