- The
Front Desk Personnel position is focused on ensuring patients at our clinic have a smooth check-in and check-out process. This includes; checking-in patients, checking-out patients, scheduling patients, assisting our staff with ensuring patients are seen in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service, maintaining a positive demeanor that is reflective of our clinic, and more. The Medical Office Assistant is an _integral_ part of our clinic, serving as both an introduction and conclusion to our patient's experience. - Are you a people person with a positive demeanor?

A Day In The Life of Our Front Desk Personnel
- Greeting patients
- Check-In/Check-Out processes
- Creating patient charts
- Booking appointments
- Assisting with clinic flow
- Medical photography
- Clerical tasks as needed (scanning, faxing, etc.)
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree (or higher) in any field of study at a recognized institution within Canada or the United States. Does not have to be medicallyrelated.
- Customer service experience an asset
- Prior experience working in a medical office (physicianbased practice) an asset

Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree (or higher) in any field of study at a recognized institution within Canada or the United States. Does not have to be medicallyrelated.
- Call centre, support line and/or customer service experience strongly recommended
- The
Clinical Assistant Position is focused on assisting the physician complete the in-room encounter and optimize the patient experience.

A Day In The Life of Our Clinical Assistant
- Assisting with charting
- Obtaining a basic history
- Optimizing patient positioning for procedures
- Preparing tools/equipment for procedures (surgical and/or laser)
- Obtaining medical photography (as needed)
- Counselling regarding pre
- Assisting with ancillary paperwork (laboratory requisitions, prescriptions, consent forms)
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree (or higher) in any field of study at a recognized institution within Canada or the United States.
- 1 year+ of experience with direct facetoface interaction with patients under the supervision of a medical doctor
- Nursing experience in a communitybased (nonhospital) physician practice an asset (ie. family medicine, plastic surgery)
- Customer service experience an asset
