Description

• Collaborate with the F&I Manager and General Manager to develop sales agreements and attractive vehicle deals that benefit our customers
• Assist customers with their selection of vehicle by listening effectively to their needs and wants
• Provide exceptional customer service on all interactions with customers
• Answer customer inquiries relating to vehicles
• Work effectively without supervision
• Project a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and fellow employees
• Willing to understand the features and specifications of various vehicle makes and models
• Follow up with customers after the sale is completed
• Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Provide an exceptional experience for our inperson, phone and online customers
• Prompt and effective handling of internet leads
• Keep customers updated through the progress of their vehicle delivery and pickup

• Valid Class G Driver's License and Clean Driving Record (no exceptions)
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
• Accountable and Dependable
• Trustworthy
• Superior customer service skills
• Work well in a team environment
• OMVIC Licence

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Commission pay
