    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our team and drive the evolution of our club management software. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding customer needs, defining product vision, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions that delight our users. As a key member of our product team, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our product and make a significant impact on the success of our company.

    Responsibilities:
    1. Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
    2. Customer Insights: Conduct in-depth market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze user data to identify key trends, pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
    3. Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on strategic objectives, customer feedback, and
    competitive analysis.
    4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and
    effective execution of product initiatives.
    5. Agile Development: Drive the product development process from concept to launch, utilizing agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software on time and within budget.
    6. User Experience: Champion the user experience by advocating for user-centric design principles and conducting usability testing to validate product concepts and iterate on designs.
    7. Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of product initiatives, track progress, and make data-driven decisions.

    8. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates, roadmap plans, and release timelines to internal teams, customers, and other
    stakeholders.

    Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
    - 3+ years of product management experience in the software industry, preferably in SaaS or technology startups.
    - Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products from conception to launch.
    - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
    - Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.
    - Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Trello.
    - Knowledge of club management or membership-based industries is a plus.
