In this role, you'll have the choice to work remotely or at the nearest CDW Canada office.

What you'll do

Implement Microsoft Copilot for M365 for clients independently or collaboratively on projects.
Deliver Microsoft Workshops and Proof of Concepts in various areas.
Participate in project delivery lifecycle from kickoff to closeout.
Create project documentation like diagrams and configuration documents.
Engage in architectural design discussions and scoping.
Support Solution Architects in reviewing documentation.
Attend meetings and complete administrative tasks.

What you need to succeed

5+ years of IT experience in Microsoft 365 implementation/administration role, OR 2+ years of IT consulting experience in a similar role.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies.
2 or more Microsoft certifications in related areas.
Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise environments.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Good communication and customer service mindset.
Ability to obtain Government of Canada Security Clearance.
Canadian citizenship or Permanent Resident status.

Nice-to-have

Previous customer-facing technical support experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell.
Additional certifications in Microsoft technologies.
