Description
Nepenthe International is looking for a motivated individual, who is looking for flexible work hours during the week.

This is a flexible part-time position up to 10 hours per week, with the ability to increase to full-time work after several months.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, forms, and reports
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
  • Assist with the implementation of a property management software
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning

Requirements:


  • Experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and tenants
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred

Job Type:

$18.00-$25.00 per hour
