AUTOLOANSERVICES.CA is a dealership located in Newmarket ON, We are seeking an experienced individual to join our dealership as a Part-Time Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations during evening and Saturday shifts.


Qualifications:


  • Previous dealership experience is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Must reside in the Newmarket ON (CANADA) area

Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and courtesy
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area

Schedule:


  • Monday to Thursday: 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
