Essential Responsibilities:

Participates in all project lifecycle stages. Supports the development, configuration, implementation and evaluation of computer systems and information solutions, collaborating with business operations to translate business objectives into systems requirements
Evaluates incoming technical requests and identifies appropriate technology solutions to execute and solve for business requirements while optimizing and leveraging existing and new features
Frequently takes on a key role as a business solutions architect and facilitates workshops for all project delivery stages
Consistently demonstrates proven leadership in taking initiative such as identifying new ideas, opportunities for improvement and seeing such through successful implementation and end user adoption
Collaborates Business Intelligence, IS service delivery and enterprise data management teams to avoid duplication, errors and/or inconsistencies while delivering low code and dashboarding solutions to streamline reporting and analytics
Proactively and effectively communicates systems changes and updates to technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Identifies, establishes, and supports valueadded crossfunctional data and system linkages helping to enable a cohesive ecosystem of systems and processes
Maintains knowledge of the endtoend solution landscape and awareness of touchpoints to other teams or supporting agencies

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years' experience gathering business requirements, detailed design and iterative demo/feedback workshops
Minimum 5 years' experience participating in midsized to large implementation projects in a BSA role
Experience with project costing and billing in a projectoriented organization is an asset
Experience with software development and practices such as test management is an asset
Experience, in a functional capacity, integrating systems with other corporate systems is an asset
Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills for collaborating with various lines of business
Ability to drive initiatives with crossfunctional teams to create/improve processes and solve systems issues
Thorough understanding of business processes and models including best practices, current and anticipated regulatory requirements, back office processes, endtoend workflows across business areas, and dealing with ambiguity
Expert knowledge of the design of information systems, with the ability to assist in the direction of multiple complex projects to their successful conclusion
Expert knowledge and leadership of business analysis, quality assurance, change management, and project management, with the ability to identify/define gaps, risks, and requirements
Proficient skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams

Working Conditions:

This position will be a combination of both inoffice and working from home
