    Inventory Planning Manager Job Description

    This position is responsible for overseeing and executing all inventory planning processes, managing the Planning Associates, and ensuring high fill rates while achieving inventory turn targets.



    About the Role:


    • Demand Planning / Forecasting: Oversee monthly forecasting process including heavy collaboration with sales. Facilitate S&OP process including monthly consensus meetings. Execute monthly DRP planning as well as inventory budgeting (yearly) and inventory forecasting (monthly). Monthly forecast, inventory accuracy and fill-rate analysis to ensure achievement of established KPI's.

    • Ensure supply of product to fill orders on time with optimal inventory levels at minimal cost. Monitor production schedules, orders and monthly targets to ensure proper inventory levels by product to satisfy customer demand.
