- Minimum 2+ years' experience in apparel industry.
- Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop and excel.
- Experience & strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, cut & sew and sweaters.
- PAD knowledge an asset.
- Excellent communication and interaction skills.
- Self‑motivated, detail oriented and highly organized.
- Proven ability to prioritize and organize with meticulous follow up skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment & be production oriented with ability to identify, analyze and resolve fit issues.
- The ability to work easily within a team.
- Bilingual: English & French. Good knowledge of French and English (written and spoken). Strong English is required for communications with suppliers outside Quebec.
- Update detailed tech packs for production, including updating sketches in Illustrator.
- Measure, review and prepare all samples.
- Manage samples organization, including tagging (dates and approval status), preparing samples for sale, and maintaining customer‑specific folders and labels.
- Communicate with customers by sending samples and pictures for approval and ensure to follow up for feedback.
- Prepare and organize customer folders, including CADs, printed tech packs and related documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the Fabric Department.
