Urgently Hiring Team Leader

Everall Property Services is an established landscaping company based in Mississauga. Everall was founded with the idea to transform the landscape market. Everall's company objective from the outset has been to advise, deliver and support all facets of property services. Today property management firms servicing commercial and residential communities of all sizes use Everall. We are looking for a qualified leader who has a passion for landscaping and takes pride in their work.

Duties Responsibilities:

Grass cutting using rideon zero turn mowers and push mowers
Trimming using line trimmers
Blowing leaves and grass clippings using backpack blowers
Weeding, pruning, planting, cultivating and edging beds, laying sod etc.
Keeping crew members on task and instructing crew members on proper standards
Working along side crew members in completing all landscaping work
Inspect the quality of work the ensure job requirements are being met
Drives company vehicle (and trailer) to clients locations
Interact with clients to resolve issues and/or answer questions
Operate, train and maintain a variety of landscaping equipment
Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

Must know how to operate lawn maintenance equipment, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, leaf blowers and hedge trimmers
Friendly, reliable and have a positive attitude
G license is a must
Clean and valid driver's license

Work Conditions:

Ability to work with hand tools and power tools
Ability to work outside in various types of weather conditions such as heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise and cold
Flexible working hours including some occasional weekends
Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Salary:
From $28.00 per hour
