We are looking for a friendly, energetic Sales Associate to join our teamThe Engraving Company is committed to delivering exceptional service and quality work to its clients ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Identify specific needs of customers and offer appropriate suggestions
- Take engraving orders this includes offering assistance with message phrasing and font choices that are best suited for the specific item being engraved
- Perform register transactions
- Maintain store aesthetic by cleaning, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Other store duties as required
Qualities you must possess:
- Minimum 1 year retail and/or customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Time management skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 6-15 per week
Salary:
From $15.50 per hour
Day range:
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (required)
