- Contractor & Rehab Management Support Build and maintain a local contractor list Assist in identifying scope of work for fix-and-flip and rehab projects Request gather organize multiple repair estimates Compare contractor pricing timelines
- Materials Sourcing & Cost Optimization Research compare building materials pricing Identify most cost-effective options without sacrificing quality Maintain pricing spreadsheets supplier contact lists
- Financing Hard Money Lender Support Submit applications hard money lenders Gather term sheets loan offers Compare financing terms Interest rates Points LTV LTC Fees Holdback structures Organize lender contacts deal-specific financing options
