Position Overview


We are looking for a PR Account Co-ordinator to work with our Toronto team, supporting the team on day-to-day PR activities for travel, tourism and lifestyle accounts.

We are proud to offer flexible hybrid working between home and the office.


Job responsibilities:

- project coordination
- building client reports
- managing Cision media monitoring
- managing database updates
- assisting with client marketing and communications activities
- client pitching
- involved in integrated pr & marketing campaigns


You'll need:


  • Experience in PR or a related industry role
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, MailerLite (or similar marketing programmes)
  • Competent at using Microsoft Office and cloudbased software
  • Have an understanding of the Canadian media landscape and beyond
