Logistics & Marketing Coordinator - Vancouver, Canada - Grand Cru Imports Inc.

Description

• Manage and ship samples/marketing material/POS to sales teams and liquor boards
• Update inventory reports weekly for BC and Alberta ensuring the highest attention to detail reporting vintages
• Organizing and maintaining samples in the office ensuring there is the appropriate amount of each wine.
• Issue Purchase Orders for multiple suppliers and organize pickups and receiving with freight forwarding services in BC/AB
• Submit interprovincial POs and transfers often with very strict deadlines
• Communicate with freight forwarders and the Liquor Boards in each province
• Order samples from suppliers for new products/vintages ensuring all paperwork is accurately submitted to the custom broker
• Ensure scores are up to date on inventory
• Submit and ensure all pricing forms are updated
• Pull monthly sales reports and competitive stats for all provinces
• Respond and support the sales team with all inventory/logistics requests

• Supply chain/forecasting experience preferred; but, not necessary.
• Basic understanding of wine.
• 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience in the liquor industry is an asset.
