- Oversee and maintain the company's global network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex network issues, including WAN/LAN/WLAN from hardware to users
- Design, implement, and manage WiFi networks, ensuring robust coverage, performance, and security.
- Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Collaborate with IT team members in other regions to coordinate global network strategies and initiatives.
- Perform regular network assessments and upgrades to ensure our infrastructure meets the evolving demands of the business and industry standards.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, evaluating and integrating new technologies to enhance network capabilities and performance.
- Provide expert guidance and leadership on network security policies, practices, and solutions to safeguard company data and assets.
- Conduct training sessions for the IT team on network management and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network administration, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of networking principles and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and QoS.
- Expertise in Fortinet network solutions and a broad understanding of other networking technologies and vendors.
- Experience working with project managers and leading project initiatives
- Proficiency with network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPN endpoints
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members across different regions.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, NSE, CWNA, CWNP) are highly desirable.
- Vendor-agnostic approach to network management, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French & English
