Job Responsibilities/Duties:
- Prepare & process Record of Employments and T4's
- Process payroll for 100+ employees (nonunionized) and manage electronic time keeping systems or manually collect, calculate, and enter timecards.
- Manage payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Submit various remittances (WSIB, Garnishee) in an accurate and timely manner and reconcile government remittances (Source deductions, EHT).
- Calculate taxable benefits & RSP benefits.
- Run relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports as directed by Management.
- Coordinate with HR to maintain employee records and ensure employee data is correct and accurate.
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
- A minimum of 2 years of payroll experience
- Experience using ADP considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and Adobe

Pay:
$24.00-$28.00 per hour
