Responsibilities:


  • Work with an IAM Project Team to define and implement a comprehensive IAM roadmap that aligns with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Identify, assess, and select appropriate IAM technologies and vendors that meet the organization's security and compliance needs.
  • Function as an IAM Subject Matter Expert (SME) by analyzing, designing, and implementing IAM technologies.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including security, compliance, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure that IAM solutions are integrated and aligned with overall organizational objectives.
  • Provide guidance and expertise on IAM best practices and solutions.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and assessments of IAM systems to ensure that they are operating effectively and securely, and recommend enhancements and improvements as necessary.
  • Stay uptodate on emerging IAM technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommend innovations that could benefit the organization.
  • Create IAM solution technical documentation and designs.
  • Work to mature a Role Based Access Control Model for associated technology platforms and partner environments.
  • Understanding of the NIST cybersecurity framework as it relates to IAM
  • Develops innovative solutions that focus on optimization, cost containment, and future fit.
  • Documents solutions and recommendations, which may include development of business cases for future implementation.

Qualifications:


  • At least 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a focus on defining IAM roadmaps and with a lead role on technical implementation.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and protocols, such as SSO, MFA, LDAP, and OAuth, SAML, PAM, RBAC.
  • Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) including role mining and modelling methods.
  • Experience with IAM tools and platforms, such as CyberArk, Active Directory.
  • Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its associated IAM products and features.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance regulations, such as PCI DSS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC, are desirable.
  • Working knowledge of the NIST cybersecurity maturity framework
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, is preferred
  • Project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage crossfunctional teams and deliver projects ontime and within budget, is preferred
