OVERVIEW

You will be an integral part of SPINVFX, reporting to multiple executives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintaining and coordinating a complex and constantly changing calendar, including scheduling meetings and conference calls, preparation of meeting materials and related tasks
Following up on action items assigned to staff other than the HOP and HOCG
Communicating directly, and on behalf of the HOP and HOCG, with internal and external stakeholders and provide reliable and timely resolution to inquiries
Composing and preparing material for the HOP and HOCG
Ad hoc projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

A university degree (ideally with a focus in Corporate Communication)
The ability to operate with confidentiality and professionalism
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with all levels of an organization and with external stakeholders
Experience working with Shotgun is a bonus
A proven ability to work effectively in a fast paced organization that is constantly changing and has multiple competing priorities
Strong organizational skills and an energetic demeanor
Strong attention to detail and sharp focus on keeping track of commitments and responsibilities
A sense of urgency and work well under pressure and time constraints
