Executive Assistant - Immediate Start**
Our Company
- Permanent full time; 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (8:30am 4:30pm)
- Ability to have an office flex schedule (_details to be discussed_)
- Hourly rate of $20.00$22.00, pay commensurable with experience.

We are looking for someone who seeks responsibility and is comfortable with a variety of demands; a resourceful person with solid Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
What you will be doing
- Create efficiency by providing administrative support to top management by drafting correspondence, minutetaking, RFP preparation, creating reports and spreadsheets, and other content as required;
- You like things organized and are a good planner and can foresee, identify and solve problems;
- Independently followup on action items, maintain calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and maintain various files;
- Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams to deliver tasks, ensuring timely updates and responses to all requests;
- Assist in managing company social media accounts;
- We like to celebrate with our employees too You will organize and oversee company events and celebrations as requested.
- You are eager to crosstrain in other administrative tasks to strengthen the team.
What you bring along
- Exceptional organizational skills, administrative skills, ability to multitask and strong attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Bachelor degree, relevant postsecondary education or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in an executive or similar administrative position is considered an asset.
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset.
- Advanced interpersonal skills including dealing with situations of a confidential nature and knowing when to communicate information.
- The position requires a confident, efficient, selfmotivated individual with proven success working in a fastpaced environment with mínimal direction.
