What you'll do:


Reporting to the General Manager, the Home Centre Manager will manage all aspects of the location including sales, margins, expenses, inventory and budget.

With a drive to learn and grow professionally, this position will develop trusted relationships with local customers and contractors to support their building and project needs.

The Home and Agro Center Manager will support leading the day-to-day operations along with the additional responsibilities as follow:


  • Provide leadership to the team including supporting training programs and team member development.
  • Conduct project estimates and quotes for contractors and customers.
  • Work to achieve efficient operations while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

  • You have a grade 12 at a minimum.
  • You have 2 to 3 years management experience.
  • You're familiar with Home and Building materials and contractor needs and or Agricultural product related knowledge.
  • You're honest and trustworthy, are resultsoriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
  • You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
