About you:

You are a dynamic Project Manager with great communication and knowledge the Canadian cards and payments space. You relish a day where you manage milestones, schedules and risk.

You are not afraid to put up your hand to ask a question and you thrive on working with a connected team that works hard and gets things done together.


About you / qualifications:


  • 2+ years project management and implementations experience
  • Incredible customer service skills, able to talk to clients and all levels of stakeholders
  • Customer facing experience (all levels)
  • Experience in the payments industry would be an asset
  • Experience with agile/SCRUM project management methodologies, agile coaching, and leading SCRUM ceremonies would be an asset
  • Project management experience would be an asset
  • Experience working in Fintech and/or Paytech environments desirable
  • Experience working in a startup environment desirable

About the day-to-day:


  • Establishing, owning and maintaining strong client relationships and manage client requirements
  • Accountable for the planning & successful delivery of projects with moderate risk, complexity and crossfunctional business impact
  • Oversee people, process, and technology deliverables and be responsible for identifying and securing project resources, resource commitments, and managing project schedules while meeting or exceeding customer expectations
  • Define the project objective, scope and deliverables, with the feedback from stakeholders
  • Provide project status updates on a regular basis to stakeholders
  • Responsible for project governance (communication, change control, escalation, risk management)
  • Plan and coordinate support during project "warranty periods"
  • Responsible for all project documentation and document storage and retention
  • Support the project team in identifying opportunities for improvement and help design and implement ongoing improvement initiatives
