We're seeking a hands-on, resourceful Operations Lead to support day-to-day operations and keep supply chain and fulfillment running smoothly.Role Overview
The Supply Chain Lead reports to the Director of Supply Chain and supports transactional and operational tasks to ensure accurate, timely movement of materials and finished goods.
You'll execute ERP transactions (NetSuite), coordinate logistics, maintain inventory flows, and support production and customer commitments. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.Key Responsibilities
Check IT/ERP flows weekly and resolve discrepancies.
Check lot inventory flows weekly and update records.
Manage Amazon shipment transactions and related documentation.
Prepare and send ASNs and PO acknowledgements for retailers.
Help oversee 3PL relationships while managing freight coordination, and inbound/outbound logistics.
Prepare customs paperwork as required.
Execute Netsuite transfer order transactions and other ERP entries.
Send POs to co-manufacturers and follow up on confirmations.
Perform manual fulfillments in Netsuite for retailer orders.
Support various data entry tasks across Netsuite and other systems.
Assist with operations metrics and basic reporting (cycle counts, inventory accuracy, KPIs).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. Equivalent experience in the industry will also be considered.
Experience with Amazon Seller/FC workflows.
Familiarity with customs documentation and logistics coordination.
1–3 years supply chain/operations or admin experience (CPG/food industry preferred).
Hands-on experience with Netsuite or similar ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Basic knowledge of inventory processes, ASNs, and transfer orders.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with co-mans, 3PLs, and internal teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
