Mortgage Agent - FULL TIME (This is a 100% commission position)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of client(s) financial situations to determine eligibility for mortgage loans
• Provide expert advice on various mortgage products and assist clients in choosing the best options for their needs
• Collaborate with lenders and underwriters to secure the best possible terms for clients
• Keep abreast of industry trends, mortgage rates, and regulatory changes
• Prospect and grow your network through extensive outreach to key partners in the mortgage and real estate process

Qualifications:

• Valid FSRA (Ontario) Mortgage Agent License
• Proven experience in mortgages or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, industry regulations, and market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Salary:
$50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
