We are looking for a Customer Care Representative who will provide quality services to our patients and ensure all the records are accurately updated on our system, maintaining confidentiality in a timely manner.


Job Summary:


Duties and Responsibilities:


Customer Care:


  • Address patient queries promptly and professionally, assisting caregivers as authorized.
  • Coordinate external doctor referrals, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
  • Maintain accuracy in uploading medical documents while adhering to confidentiality protocols.
  • Handle patient interactions confidentially and manage paperwork according to practice protocol.
  • Schedule patient appointments via incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Create patient files in our internal database.
  • Answer telephone calls courteously, redirecting inquiries when necessary.
  • Verify and update patient information accurately.

Working Conditions:


  • Computer use, prolonged sitting, and screen use.
  • Manage outgoing and incoming calls throughout the shift.

Requirements:


  • Preferred background in Medical Administration or other related studies.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in creating demographics for new patients using the company EMR system.
  • Knowledge, education, and training related to eye clinic preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and problemsolving skills.
  • Superior typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry and correspondence.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Alignment with company values.
