Project Management Technician Primary Responsibilities:


  • Perform duties including plumbing, carpentry, masonry, electrical, and repair or maintenance of central heating and air conditioning systems
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to facility needs
  • Collaborate on projects or work alone as needed

Project Management Technician Minimum Qualifications:


  • Experience in any of the following areas: electrical, AC, HVAC, plumbing, or landscaping
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record to operate a motor vehicle. Adhere to all local vehicular regulations while driving

Work Environment:

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g. working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing, or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.


Physical Demands:


The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods both indoors and outdoors of remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.

Since 1945, U-Haul has been serving do-it-yourself movers and their households. Like many other successful ventures, the concept for U-Haul was generated out of need.

After World War II, there existed the widespread need for do-it-yourself moving equipment that would be available on a one-way, nationwide basis.
