Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Repair or replacement of hot tub equipment including pool pumps, electric heating elements, sensors and related components.
Diagnostic and troubleshooting of hot tub equipment and water chemistry
Proper explanation and instruction to customers about what needs to be done and why
Recommend equipment and services based on customer needs
Provide outstanding customer service
All other duties and responsibilities assigned

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Previous experience working with Hot Tubs would be an asset
Valid G Class Driver's License

You would be responsible to get yourself to and from work & from there a company vehicle and necessary tools will be provided:

Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in various weather temperatures
including hot conditions
Heavy lifting (30+lbs)
Team Player
Excellent communication skills
Problem Solving skills
Flexible to unanticipated issues

Hours:
Full-time
, Monday to Friday
