• Providing direction to promoters and field staff on how to demonstrate our products' advantages over competitors in specific conditions.
• Conducting training sessions for office staff to ensure they have a thorough understanding of our products and services.
• Developing and implementing standards for training at sales points to optimize sellout and effective contracting of sellers posttraining.
• Creating SCORM/online training modules for remote learning opportunities.
• Building scripts and recording training videos for internal use.

• A creative and wellorganized individual with a knack for developing engaging training scenarios.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to initiate contact with partners' training departments and coordinate training sessions.
• Enthusiasm for technological innovations and a willingness to learn about our products as well as competitors' offerings.
• Strong soft skills in conducting training, including the ability to address objections effectively during workshops.
• Comfortable with public speaking and presenting in front of diverse audiences.
