A mix of full time, part time and casual positions are available at Hogarth Riverview Manor and Bethammi Nursing Home for the summer of 2023.

Positions start at $24.446 per hour plus a percent in lieu of benefits

Hogarth Riverview Manor is a 544bed longterm care home with 17 resident home areas.
Bethammi Nursing Home is a 112 bed longterm care home with 2 resident home areas.
Both homes provide a comfortable, familiar and homelike environment and specialized in alzheimer's and dementia care.

CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT

This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Personal Support Worker works under the close supervision of the Registered Nurse and Registered Practical Nurse, providing personal care to residents and respecting their physical, emotional, social, cultural and spiritual needs and preferences.

Personal Support Workers are active members of the Interprofessional Team, assisting in the planning, implementation and ongoing evaluation of individualized resident focused plans of care, in compliance with the Ontario Long Term Care Act.
