Working in a team atmosphere, and reporting to the Group Leader, the Technical Support Analyst will utilize the Help Desk system in providing remote and on-site technical support while promoting as well as maintaining positive working relationships with the users.
The Technical Support Analyst will install, configure, monitor, support, troubleshoot and provide information and advice on technology software, hardware, peripherals and other technology areas, as required.
The Technical Support Analyst will be required to travel to a variety of locations with diagnostic tools and Board equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
RATE OF PAY :
$25.99 per hour
HOURS : 7 hours per day, 35 hours per week between with a maximum 1 hour unpaid lunch
