Assistant Store Manager to join our OK Falls, BC location at
Pharmasave.

The Assistant Manager is responsible to help organize and run the store and fill in for the Store Manager when needed.

Responsibilities:

Provide the store manager with support in all aspects of daytoday operations, including human resources, customer service, and merchandising.
Coordinate daily operations, keeping an eye on them, and reporting on them.
Hire, educate, and manage personnel
Schedule staff, perform performance evaluations, and execute disciplinary measures
Keep track of and maintain ideal store inventory levels.
Ensure that health and safety standards are met in the store environment.
Preserve a pristine, orderly, and aesthetically beautiful storefront.
Address consumer complaints and issues as soon as possible.
Ensure that the rules and regulations of the store are adhered to.
Qualifications & Skills_:
Experience managing a retail store.
Knowledge of managing and training teams.
Strong people management and leadership abilities.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Able to work an accommodating schedule.
Attention to details.
