Assistant Sales Manager is for you.
Your proficiency in sales, leadership, and deep familiarity with our store's operations are crucial for ensuring smooth operations and providing guidance to our staff.
Job expectations:
- Promote and maintain a positive environment that focuses on teamwork and growth
- Provide memorable experiences for all our customers by going beyond expectations
- Ensure all team members are at an elevated level of sales training through regular coaching
- Continually developing in personal leadership and sales techniques to provide effective guidance
- Ability to identify top talent and assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires
- Collecting feedback from team members and customers to make necessary improvements
- Help maintain all aspects of daily operations and finding ways to increase baseline efficiency
Who we're looking for:
- 2+ Years of managerial experience (retail or comparable environment preferred)
- 2+ Years of sales experience
- Demonstrated top competencies at previous job experiences
- Sales driven, with the ability to overcome objections and find solutions
- Good listener with ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Thrive in a high energy and fast paced environment handling multiple tasks
- Confident and levelheaded when dealing with difficult situations
- Trustworthy and responsible to uphold rules and structure
- Learning agility to continually adapt and grow to changing environment

$45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
