About the Maintenance opportunity:

Maintenance Champion:

Own the maintenance and repair process of properties including painting, waste management, landscaping and snow removal.

Resident Ambassador:

Build strong relationships, deliver excellence with in-suite repairs to address concerns and maintain resident satisfaction.

What you need to succeed:

23 years' experience in maintenance or related field.
High school diploma or equivalent. Skilled Trades certification is an asset.
Mechanical background.
Welldeveloped English oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work evenings and weekends, oncalls and after hours emergency as assigned.
Strong problemsolver with proven ability to address concerns and achieve performance targets.
Ability to lift 20 lbs. to 40 lbs. frequently.
Highly organized and detailedoriented with proven ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Valid driver's licence, clean driver abstract, reliable, insured means of personal transportation to and between work locations may be required for some locations.
