Hybrid 2 times a week in office
Location: 100 Kellogg Lane, London ON

Schedule: Monday

Friday

Job Summary:

Now, if you were to come on board as our
Treasury Associate, we'd ask you to do the following for us:

Reconciliation, including unit bank deposits and credit card transactions.
Initiate investigations for any discrepancies in deposits.
Manage communication with preferred and secondary banks.
Respond to queries from operations.
Perform other duties and projects as required.

Here's how we'll know you will be successful in the role:

Minimum two years of experience with a computerized accounting environment (JD Edwards experience preferred) in a complex fast paced organization.
Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid analytical, interpretive and problemsolving skills.
Able to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
Capacity to balance team and individual responsibilities.
Work overtime as required to meet deadlines.
