'''Duties''' - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front of house area, including the reception desk, seating arrangements, and customer service. - Manage and train front of house staff, including hosts/hostesses, servers, and bartenders. - Ensure that all guests are greeted and seated in a timely manner. - Monitor dining room activity to ensure a smooth flow of service and address any issues or concerns. - Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. - Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise in a professional and efficient manner. - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms. - Monitor inventory levels of supplies such as menus, condiments, and utensils, and place orders as needed. '''Experience''' - Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff effectively. - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. - Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions. - Proficiency in using restaurant management software or POS systems. Salary:
$40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
