Description

Essential Functions

  • Conducting research, preparing reports, and handling information requests containing sensitive data
  • Maintaining control of senior leadership calendars
  • Preparing correspondences, meeting agendas, and meeting summaries
  • Coordinating travel arrangements including arranging travel, preparing authorization requests, and completing travel vouchers
  • Tracking inventory of office supplies and equipment
  • Scheduling ad hoc maintenance on items within the office
  • Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support

Minimum Qualifications

  • Customer Services Oriented. Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word.
  • Minimum of 1years' experience in Sales Environment, Office Experience.
  • Strong verbal and written skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to organize tasks and events with customer service orientation.

Skills and Competencies:


  • Ability to communicate with associates, customers, and management.
  • Ability to research and use the analytical skill for problemsolving.
  • Ability to use a calculator.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English.

Position Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent experience
  • Computer Literate: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
$18.00-$29.00 per hour
