Essential Functions
- Conducting research, preparing reports, and handling information requests containing sensitive data
- Maintaining control of senior leadership calendars
- Preparing correspondences, meeting agendas, and meeting summaries
- Coordinating travel arrangements including arranging travel, preparing authorization requests, and completing travel vouchers
- Tracking inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Scheduling ad hoc maintenance on items within the office
- Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support
Minimum Qualifications
- Customer Services Oriented. Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word.
- Minimum of 1years' experience in Sales Environment, Office Experience.
- Strong verbal and written skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to organize tasks and events with customer service orientation.
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to communicate with associates, customers, and management.
- Ability to research and use the analytical skill for problemsolving.
- Ability to use a calculator.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
Position Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent experience
- Computer Literate: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary:
$18.00-$29.00 per hour
