    About the job:

    Reporting to the Logistics lead, the Specialty Logistics Coordinator is responsible for undertaking the management, planning and coordination of all delivery and facility operations (Clinics, Logistics and Pharmacy) assigned to him/her, within Rx Connect Specialty operations.

    Job Duties:

    Coordinating and monitoring deliveries
    Talk to customers and ensure that medicines reach the patients in time
    Manage inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes
    Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost
    Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met
    Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvement
    Coordinate with courier companies, drivers,s, and clinics for timely and efficient deliveries.
    Create weekly/ monthly reports

    _ MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: _

    Knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry
    Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
    Effective interpersonal and leadership skills
    Effective organizational skills; attention to detail
    Ability to consistently meet deadlines
    Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
