:Part-time Professor — Long-term appointment: The candidate will teach in the areas of contract law and legal writing and research. The contract includes the teaching of a maximum of 15 credits of lecture, seminar and/or experiential courses in these areas.

In addition, the candidate will have, for the equivalent of 6 credits, other administrative functions as determined by the Vice-Dean of the French Common Law Program. This contract is for a period of five years and includes a total of 273 hours annually. Pursuant to Article 5.13 of the APTPUO Collective Agreement , this contract provides access to an indeterminate appointment.

Requirements:

The candidate must hold an undergraduate law degree from a Canadian university, be a member of a Canadian law society, and hold a master's or doctoral degree at the time of commencing the appointment. In addition, the candidate must be qualified to teach courses (in lecture, seminar and/or experiential formats) in the areas of contract law and legal writing and research.

An acceptable level of education/experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational requirements and/or demonstrated experience.
