Our HR Operations Team.
The Associate HR Operations role will manage the Canada HR Contact Centre mailbox and support our associates with exceptional customer service, self-service resources, and expertise on company benefits and policies.
This role is responsible for Tier 1 Canada HR Contact Centre cases, triaging cases for the broader Canada HR team, identifying trends to inform process improvements, and driving those improvements to completion.
As an HR Associate, you have the opportunity to manage day-to-day Benefits and HR Operations processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Associates working in the hybrid model are expected to come into the office 3 days a week across Tuesdays and Thursdays, reserving Mondays and Fridays as company-wide virtual days.

(COPSSC).Responsibilities:
- Respond to all Tier 1 associate inquiries that come into the Canada HR Contact Centre mailbox
- Triage all associate inquiries to the appropriate specialists on the HR Team (primarily the HR Operations, Absence Management, Payroll and Benefits teams)
- Support the management and optimization of Salesforce for the Canada HR Team
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the associate experience based on insights from data collected in Salesforce and other sources
- Document and organize all department files, including shared drives, Standard Operating Procedures, policies, and reference documents
- Play a crucial role in data reporting and tracking, generating insightful reports to support decision making processes
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline data collection to ensure accuracy of HR databases
- Provide daytoday support to the Benefit Project team, mainly the Change Management and Benefit Implementation workstreams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners across the HR team
- Manage confidential files and other privileged information in a professional manner
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform work with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and be a selfstarter
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to take initiative and problem solve and innovate
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer Service experience
- Experience using Salesforce and/or Workday
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources
- At least 1 year of experience in Project or Process Management
