Summary

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • General office administration including:
  • Answer and direct all phone inquiries (multiline phone system)
  • Greet visitors, maintain visitor logs and records
  • Provide site orientations to visitors
  • Maintain office files, electronic and paper
  • Data entry (alphanumeric)
  • Distribute mail, faxes, and office deliveries
  • Take, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes
  • Prepare outgoing mail using electronic postage machine
  • Assist with business travel arrangements
  • Maintain office supply inventory including stationary, coffee and cleaning products
  • Complete office sanitation, based on determined schedule
  • Photocopier/fax machine and phone system administrator (maintenance/troubleshooting)
  • Preparation of employee expense reports for submission
  • Time Management administration
  • Review and edit for accuracy in UKG
  • Input job hours
  • Assist and maintain Time off request forms
  • Update PTO tracking spreadsheet
  • Prepare service and DPF reports
  • Process CRN Control Sheets and Documents
  • Customer invoice distribution and upload electronic and via post
  • Electronically forward cheques/credit card charges to TSC
  • Update weekly dashboard/sales reports
  • Process receiving and landed costs
  • Assist with operational reports as required
  • Availability to work overtime as the business requires
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Capable of prioritizing tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
  • High degree of reliability and professional ethic.

Education

  • High School Diploma preferred.

Experience

  • 3+ years in an office administrative support role or similar
  • Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Prior experience with an ERP system considered an asset.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour

  • Administrative: 3 years (preferred)
Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
