Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Assistant.
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in the field of human resources.Duties:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR system
- Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating training programs for employees
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely distribution of paychecks
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Support the HR team in managing employee performance evaluations and performance improvement plans
- Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution
- Contribute to change management initiatives within the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a human resources department
- Strong knowledge of HR systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Bilingual in French would be considered an asset

$38,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
