FALCON is looking for an autonomous, versatile and dynamic person to join our executive team. The Administrative operation coordinateur will report to the Managing Director.

FALCON is a world leader in its field of expertise, integrating ecological tools (e.g., falconry, canine teams, wildlife emergency response) and technological tools (e.g., drones, bird detection radar and software).


Your responsibilities

  • Writing protocols, procedures, sharing them and following up on the implementation.
  • Standardizing documents, translating them (bilingual requirements), structuring and making sure the documents are easily accessible.
  • Assisting in complying with various contracts and tracking requirements.
  • Implementing systems such as Safety management Systems (SMS) and the follow up.
  • Helping organize various committees, preparing the agenda, taking notes during meetings.
  • Prepare and maintain databases and documents, assist with file structure and archiving of documents.
  • Text editing: revising, correcting or translating official documents, publications and reports as well as the layout.

Your profile

  • Possess a relevant background in project management and/or administration with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Show initiative and autonomy, rigour, resourcefulness, attention to detail and quality.
  • Be highly structured and wellorganized.
  • Have a good grasp of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), QuickBooks (or equivalent) and be comfortable with the Apple environment (or be ready to learn).
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Are a skilled communicator, both verbal and written, in French and English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various players, both internal and external.
