    Job title: Mobile Building Manager

    Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill a challenging role as full-time Mobile Building Manager in our Ottawa region.

    Founded in Kingston, the company has grown to become one of Canada's largest owners of multi-residential apartment buildings. The founding principles remain unchanged, which is to provide residents with affordable housing that meets high standards.

    The Mobile Building Manager will be an integral part of our site staff team, floating between regional properties to provide support during vacancies or absences. This role requires flexibility and strong customer service skills to ensure seamless maintenance administration and cleaning services for our residents.

    This position involves carrying out regular building management functions (maintenance cleaning etc) under the direction of the Assistant Vice-President of Operations. You will also have the added component of mobility across other Homestead properties as needs arise for coverage or work over-flow. Basic administration tasks may also be assigned from time to time.
