Position Overview:
The
Administrative Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative and operational support and coordination functions for day-to-day operations as well as the proactively establishing and coordinating communications, meetings, presentation, and travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, data entry, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Support teams by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Post second education is required
- 3 years of administrative assistant experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong administration, record keeping and data entry skills
- Effective time management skills
