    Description

    BRANCHAUD MANIWAKI est à la recherche d'un(e) Conseiller(ère) aux ventes afin de conseiller la clientèle dans l'objectif de répondre à leurs besoins. L'occupant du poste sollicite de nouveaux clients et sert une clientèle existante en leur offrant divers produits qui répondent adéquatement à leurs besoins. Il doit travailler à l'atteinte des objectifs de performance individuels et d'équipe fixés.

    PRINCIPALES T CHES :

    • Accueillir les clients et chercher à connaître ses besoins réels ;
    • Discuter des caractéristiques et de la qualité des produits que les clients désirent acheter ;
    • Renseigner et conseiller les clients sur l'utilisation et l'entretien des produits et en faire une démonstration ;
    • Faire connaître les prix aux clients ;
    • Expliquer les garanties offertes ;
    • Expliquer les conditions de vente à crédit ;
    • Établir le bon de commande ou le contrat de vente ;
    • Fixer la date de livraison lors de la vente et/ou une fois que la marchandise est en entrepôt ;
    • Vérifier et garder un suivi constant sur les vendus non livés (VNL) ;
    • Étiqueter la marchandise sur le plancher et en assurer la mise à jour constante ;
    • Garder une mise à jour et un suivi constant sur les courriels et messages téléphoniques reçus ;
    • Faire de la recherche sur Internet afin de rester à l'affut de la compétition, de s'instruire pour bien connaître les produits et d'être en mesure de répondre adéquatement aux questionnements de la clientèle ;
    • Aider à l'étalage des marchandises afin de s'assurer d'une bonne mise en place de la marchandise sur le plancher ;
    • Participer aux réunions mensuelles de son département.
    Ce que nous OFFRONS :
    • Poste temps plein - 40 heures par semaine ;
    • Régime d'assurances collectives frais paramédicaux (après six (6) mois de service continu) ;

    Ce que nous DEMANDONS :
    • Diplôme d'études secondaires (DES) ou connaissances équivalentes ;
    • Programme de formation professionnelle ou expérience en entreprise jugé pertinent pour le poste ;
    • De deux (2) ans à moins de trois (3) ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la vente ;
    • Aisance avec les outils informatiques et connaissance de la suite OFFICE ;
    • Disponibilité à avoir un horaire variable afin de répondre aux besoins de l'équipe ;
    • Bilinguisme (anglais/français).
