We are currently looking for a
Service Manager to join our
Roofing Repair team.


You will be responsible for:

• Answering the incoming phone line and handling all the new leads or existing clients as they come in and ensuring all administration of jobs is done via our CRM software.
• Scheduling all Service jobs and new inspections, ensuring all admin actions are properly completed.
• Routing calls for reroof leads to Sales personnel.
• Creating and managing the job wait list, keeping tight communication with clients.
• Keeping track of all Service projects in CRM software, from getting leads, thorough all steps including service, through payment and closing the job.
• Following up with clients to ensure they are happy with the service and making corrections if necessary.
• Ensuring the Technicians are pricing projects properly.
• Managing discipline of Technicians & Labourers for repair department
• Managing all aspects of the repair department to ensure good profitability, smooth running operations and overall morale of the group.

Skills Needed:


This is a fast paced job that requires excellent customer service, people management and problem solving skills. You will not get bored in this position.

We are a technology-driven company so you will need to embrace it and help others in the company use it to get their products as well as use it yourself to effectively manage the repair department.

You will need to have a strong knowledge of residential and commercial roofing with experience in shingles, torch-on, and single-ply membranes like EPDM, Vinyl, and TPO.

More importantly, you must have a history of being a leader and be successful at getting others to get things done, including hiring and managing Repair Techs and Labourers.

You will be fully responsible for the customer experience and the quality and efficiency of the repair department.

You will also be responsible for instilling the core values of the company into your juniors, which are:

Salary:
$65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
