As an admin, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising administrative activities to support our De Jong Ent locations.

This includes supporting the management teams and functional areas for all departments, Customer Service, Warehouse, Traffic and Customs.

As the Administrator, you will:


  • Staffing of Front Desk and daily invoicing and reconciliation for Parkview Customs
  • Support reporting and any other information incidental to the operation and control of operational activities, including weekly metrics package preparation and distribution
  • Responsible for building cleaning supplies, cleanliness practices / processes, and break room upkeep
  • Provide clerical support to the management team, as required
  • H&S Committee recorder and lead on follow up for H&S related issues
  • Complete vendor invoice review, coding, and administration
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff if required
  • Support time and attendance reporting
  • Lead for maintenance of training records and training scheduling
  • Understand and follow all safe work practices and rules
  • Post-Secondary or High school diploma, or equivalent skills and experience
  • 57 years of senior administrative support
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to change in a business environment
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Excellent computer skills, with demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office products and ability to learn inhouse computer programs
Telephone skills, general knowledge of geography, listening and verbal communication skills, high energy level, ability to multi-task, be dependable, emotional control, and good reporting skills
